1. Program Overview

Edroll Education is excited to launch the Edroll ETO Program, a structured campus-based initiative designed to engage driven and enthusiastic university students as Education Territory Officers (ETOs). This program offers real-world exposure in the field of international education consultancy, focusing on campus outreach, student counseling, and marketing. Selected ETOs will play a vital role in student recruitment, digital engagement, and brand representation within their university network.

ETOs will have access to professional development training, exclusive learning opportunities, and a chance to build their career portfolio. High-performing ETOs may also receive priority access to future full-time roles within the Edroll team.

2. Key Responsibilities

Student Recruitment
  • Actively refer as many students as possible who are interested in pursuing higher education abroad.
  • Each ETO is required to ensure a minimum of 2 valid student referrals per month.
  • A valid referral is defined as a student who opens a file with Edroll (initiates an application and submits required documentation).
  • Each ETO will be assigned a personal referral link or QR code for accurate tracking of leads and conversions.
Digital Outreach & Social Media
  • Promote Edroll Education across online university communities by posting in Facebook groups, WhatsApp groups, and other relevant digital platforms.
  • A minimum of six (6) promotional posts per month is required, aligned with Edroll’s branding and communication guidelines.
  • Content may be self-designed or provided by Edroll. Additional posts may be requested based on campaign needs.
Brand Visibility & Campus Presence
  • Each ETO will receive an official Edroll polo T-shirt and is expected to wear it on campus at least once a week to increase visibility and promote the brand.
  • Actively support brand awareness among peers, clubs, and faculty through consistent on-campus presence.
Student Interaction & Office Visits
  • Engage with prospective students both online and in-person, offering guidance or directing them to Edroll’s counselors.
  • Encourage student visits to the Edroll office for counseling, documentation support, and information sessions.
  • Students who open files and mention the referring ETO will receive a 15% discount, and the referral will be credited accordingly.
Faculty & Club Engagement (Optional)
  • Identify opportunities to collaborate with faculty members or student clubs for academic seminars or promotional activities.
  • Successfully initiated collaborations may lead to additional commission, subject to Edroll’s discretion.
Reporting & Communication
  • Submit a monthly activity report summarizing lead generation, referrals, promotional efforts, and file openings.
  • Provide daily updates via WhatsApp outlining progress, student inquiries, and planned activities.
  • Visit the Edroll office at least once per week for check-ins, training sessions, or strategic discussions.

3. Learning & Professional Development

  • Practical skills in marketing, sales, student counseling, and strategic communication.
  • A solid understanding of the international student application process, including admissions, documentation, and visa preparation.
  • Opportunities to strengthen public speaking, event coordination, and team collaboration skills.
  • An official Employment Certificate upon successful program completion.

4. Compensation Structure

Commission

BDT 20,000 for each enrolled student (independent of other incentives).

Disbursement

Commission will be disbursed within one (1) month after Edroll receives the final commission payment related to the student’s case.

Earning Potential

There is no cap on earnings — the more students you refer, the more you earn.

5. Performance & Payment Guidelines

  • Monthly Target: 2 valid student file openings.
  • Carry-Forward Policy: Missed targets will carry forward to subsequent months (e.g., 0 in Month 1 = 4 required in Month 2). If no valid file openings occur in the first 2 months, a total of 6 referrals must be achieved in Month 3.
  • Program Completion: Meeting the full 3-month target (6 referrals) ensures successful completion of the program.
  • For 1–5 valid referrals, partial recognition and additional opportunities may be offered, subject to Edroll’s review of performance and engagement.
  • Commission payments remain unaffected by referral targets and will be provided per enrolled student.

6. Eligibility & Terms

  • Undergraduate students, preferably final-year students, are eligible to apply.
  • All referred students must be genuine applicants with a clear intention to study abroad.
  • Wearing the Edroll T-shirt once a week and completing a minimum of 6 social media posts per month is mandatory.
  • Failure to fulfill assigned responsibilities, prolonged inactivity, or engagement with competitor agencies may result in termination of the program.
  • All final decisions regarding compensation, targets, and program continuation are at the sole discretion of Edroll Management.
